A friend of mine who lives in Montreal recently asked me for a few skincare recommendations. The winter weather in Canada can be absolutely savage! If winter has your skin feeling some type of way, these are the best cleansers for dry skin.
No7 is super affordable and in my opinion, this is one of the best drugstore cleansers I’ve ever used. It always leaves my skin feeling smooth, soft, and nourished. The Beautiful Skin line is formulated for dry skin and the Radiance Exfoliator in this range is also fab!
You guys know that oil cleansers are an obsession of mine, and this is hands down the best oil cleanser in the game. You apply it dry to the face, then as soon as you add water it turns into a smooth milk that melts even the heaviest makeup right off. I love that it delivers such a deep cleanse without drying my skin out, the rice bran oil and vitamin e are super nourishing
This is always what I recommend for those with, particularly sensitive skin. The cucumber and rose water in this cleanser is super soothing for dry and itchy skin.
I’ve been using this cleanser on and off since high school and it’s one of my all-time favourites. The formula is super mild, it’s great for all skin types, and does a great job of removing makeup.
My skin type is combination, and this cleanser is fab for reducing the oil in my t-zone and maintains moisture in my u-zone. One thing that really stood out was the texture, it feels so silky and leaves my skin feeling fresh and clean.
Yes I know, another one from Dermalogica! But I just can’t help it! I absolutely love that there are no artificial colours or fragrances, alcohol, or mineral oil in any of there products. For those who like a cleanser that foams, the special cleansing gel is formulated without harsh surfactants that can cause dryness.
Do you have any cleansers you think I should try? Let me know in the comments!
