You guys know I am a total product junkie, but there are still other ways I like to keep my skin looking gorgeous and glowy AF!
Here are 10 ways to take care of your skin without using any products!
It’s called beauty sleep for a reason you guys!
Obvi and major key in avoiding sun damage (dark spots and potentially skin cancer)! Wear a hat, sit under an umbrella, and just stay in the shade! But really though, you should be doing this alongside applying sunscreen (my faves here) to avoid free radical damage.
I love a good sweat sesh because it releases toxins in the body. Fewer toxins = better skin.
Drinking lots of water also helps to flush out toxins and keeps the skin plump and hydrated. Fill up your favorite water bottle (mine here) and drink up bitches.
Fresh pillowcases means you won’t be sleeping on linens covered in sweat and breakout-causing bacteria. This will make a really big difference if you have acne-prone skin. If you really want to be an overachiever, sleep on a silk pillowcase (my fave here), it’s great for your hair too!

Your hands are FILTHY and covered in bacteria so like, please, can you not? TYSM! Also, don’t pick at your breakouts! If you really struggle with picking, I find these patches are very helpful.

Putting a dirty, bacteria covered phone against your face is just not how we’re doing these. I always keep these screen cleaning wipes in my bag at all times!
