Spring means florals, pastels and for us Vancouverites, more rain! Living in a city where it often goes from blue skies to torrential downpour in a matter of minutes, having waterproof outerwear is really the only way to go. This pink trench coat still gives me Spring feels, but I know I won’t be sopping wet if it starts to rain.

The trench coat is truly a wardrobe staple. It’s just one of those pieces you can throw on over any outfit and you’ll look put together and classy AF. I love how chic and feminine this outfit feels with the black skinny pants and nude heels. That being said, a trench also looks fab with distressed denim and ankle booties. Trench coats are great for the transition of seasons, it isn’t too heavy but provides just enough warmth as we shift from winter into spring.
Also, can we just take a minute and appreciate these bunny topiaries that are outside of Nordstrom?! So adorable and perfect for an easter selfie. However, I was slightly disappointed that the foliage was fake… But I mean, they still look pretty real in photos, don’t you think?
